Few years ago I run my immune system down to the extent of spending almost half of the year in bed or recovering from being ill. No matter haw many doctors I’ve seen, no one could tell me how do I get better. This made me start researching the vast content of the internet in the search of some solutions. My self education begun. That’s how I slowly started realizing that old truths are still the best. Hippocrates lived and healed by the idea that FOOD SHOULD BE OUR MEDICINE AND THE MEDICINE SHOULD BE OUR FOOD.
From that moment on, I knew that my journey, as a chef will follow that path. I want my food not only to taste and look amazing but to heal, or at least not harm the ones who enjoy eating it.

During summer 2013 while still being in Mexico I gave a workshop on digestion and healthy approach to food. It was a fun way to organize all my knowledge, gathered in the last two years of deep research. That's how I wrote this complete manual, with many vegan and vegetarian recipes added.
In the workshop I explained how the process of digestion and nutrients assimilation occurs. What are fats, vitamins, minerals and their function. I showed how many ‘BAD’ foods there are and which to avoid. Another part explained JUICE THERAPY and few simple protocols to regain our good health. Apart from all the theory I showed how to make yummy yet healthy juices, smoothies and complete dishes.
